Extended Counselling Session
Additional time for deeper exploration and therapeutic work.
Service Description
Extended counselling sessions provide additional time for clients who would benefit from a slower pace, deeper exploration, or more complex therapeutic work. These sessions may be particularly helpful when processing significant life events, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or periods of major transition. Together, we will create space for meaningful reflection, insight, and growth while moving at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. Healing is not a race. Sometimes deeper work requires additional time and care.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. If you are running late, please contact Continuum Counselling as soon as possible. Sessions will end at their scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients. Continuum Counselling is not a crisis service. If you require immediate support, call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or contact 811.
