Service Description
Beginning counselling can feel like a significant step. This complimentary consultation offers an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what brings you to counselling, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. We can explore your goals, discuss the counselling process, and review practical details such as scheduling, fees, and areas of support. There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions. The purpose of this meeting is simply to help you make an informed and comfortable decision about your next steps. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. If you are running late, please contact Continuum Counselling as soon as possible. Sessions will end at their scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients. Continuum Counselling is not a crisis service. If you require immediate support, call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or contact 811.
